I.R.E.P Individual: 

Programs are designed for any and all who are looking to improve their fitness, health and wellness, and athletic goals. We work with individuals and athletes of all ages and sports from your elite football players training for the NFL Combine, triathletes, golfers, basketball players, bodybuilders, powerlifters, soccer players, and so much more.  Whatever your sport our coaches can develop a program to help you Respond, Evolve, and Perform to the best of your abilities. 

These programs start at $100.00/month with a one time $50.00 on-boarding fee, are custom designed to fit the needs of each individual athlete, and include:

  • Basic or Premium Training Peaks Account  – Workouts are analyzed and programming is set weekly or as needed to best suit athlete needs (for athletes that would like to have Training Peaks Premium features they can self-pay with applicable fees or add $10 to their monthly fee)
  • Fitness Screening/Functional Movement Screening
  • Speed, Power, Endurance, and Strength Testing
  • Programs designed to develop SAFE training practices
  • Programs are developed to teach and perfect form and eliminate bad habits
  • Programs are developed to prevent future injuries
  • Individualized Sport Specific Programing
  • Custom Periodization so Athletes Peak at the Right Times
  • Off-Season, Pre-Season, and In-Season Programs Optimized to Create and Maintain Gains in Performance

I.R.E.P Team Package:

I.R.E.P team packages are utilized to train an entire team of athletes from your cross country runners, to gymnasts, track athletes, and other team sports such as; football, basketball, baseball, soccer, lacrosse, hockey, and volleyball.

  • Programs are developed for the whole team and is sport specific
  • Strength Coaches will come to your school or training facility to lead each workout (local teams only)
  • Programs will Increase Athletic Performance
  • Maximize and Develop Dynamic Flexibility
  • Develop Explosive Linear, Lateral, and Vertical Speed
  • Develop Acceleration, and Quickness
  • Develop Functional Power, Strength, and Endurance SPECIFIC to YOUR sport
